Mobilization & Campaigns Director
We are searching for a Mobilization and Campaigns Director who will lead programs that serve the leadership and staff of our multiracial affiliate network to create and execute strategic and effective advocacy, electoral, base building, and civic engagement campaigns. We are looking for someone with experience running advocacy and/or electoral programs who enjoys coaching and supporting staff to become better organizers, managers, and campaigners.

Data Director
We’re looking for an organized and driven Data Director to create and strengthen data systems for the Alliance Network, provide tailored and specific training and 1:1 support for network staff, and lead on the creation of reports and data visualization to illustrate the work of the network.
